Findmypast announced new British Army and photographic collections on September 11. The Army Lists update contains more than 15 million records spanning 1839–1946, while Britain From Above includes historic aerial photography of England from the twentieth century.
The update expands research coverage but does not guarantee that every individual or location appears. Researchers should inspect the source image and corroborate important findings.
