How it works
Choose one to five stars on a service profile. The public score is the arithmetic mean of accepted ratings, shown with the total number of ratings. RateMosaic does not add an editorial weighting or a hidden house score.
Who should rate
Ratings should reflect a genuine experience or a meaningful evaluation of the service. RateMosaic does not verify every visitor as a paying customer, so the score should be read as open community feedback rather than a verified-purchase measure.
One rating per browser and profile
A browser-generated identifier and limited anti-abuse signals are used to prevent the same browser from rating the same profile twice. Clearing browser storage does not guarantee that another rating will be accepted.
Facts stay separate
Pricing, policies, security details, service limits and editorial summaries are not converted into the community score. A low or high rating cannot alter a factual field.
Rating integrity
Automated voting, coordinated manipulation, paid ratings and voting by a brand or competitor to influence a score are not permitted. RateMosaic may limit submissions that trigger duplicate or abuse controls.
No placeholder scores
If a profile has no accepted ratings, it is shown as not yet rated. RateMosaic does not seed profiles with invented votes or import star scores from another website.
Interpreting the result
An average can move sharply when only a few ratings have been submitted. Read the score together with its rating count and the factual profile; neither one is a substitute for the other.
