What this means for users
If your website source lives on GitLab, you can connect the repository and publish changes automatically on each push. Check your site type first: Hostinger says Node.js support is still planned.

In its September 14 product update, Hostinger lists GitLab website deployment among releases shipped during September 7–11. The same update mentions pre-built templates for Node.js app deployments from GitHub.
The GitLab option is described as available for website types other than Node.js at launch. The announcement is about deployment workflow, not a change to hosting plan prices or refunds.
