Reolink published a September 15 notice confirming that the Argus 2 and Argus 2E have been discontinued. The company says third-party sellers may still have remaining, refurbished or used units and points new buyers toward newer Argus models.
Discontinuation does not automatically make an existing camera unusable, but buyers of old stock should verify battery, app compatibility, firmware support and warranty before purchase.
