The business began with Black Wolf Lodge in Wisconsin Dells in 1997, described by Great Wolf as the first indoor water park hotel in the United States. The concept expanded into a network of family resorts under the Great Wolf Lodge name.
Great Wolf currently reports 23 lodges across the United States and Canada and more than 10 million guests annually. Properties combine climate-controlled indoor water parks with suites, restaurants, arcades, family programming and additional attractions that vary by lodge.
Reservations and on-property questions are best handled through the specific lodge or reservation support route because amenities, day-pass availability, packages and operating policies differ by location. Great Wolf Resorts also publishes a central Guest Relations email.
