Kuaishou introduced its self-developed Kling video-generation model in June 2024 and opened Kling AI to global web users the following month. The service has since expanded from text-to-video and image-to-video generation into a broader creative platform with image generation, motion control, avatars, audio and other production tools.
The current Kling AI site offers the Kling 3.0 model series, creative-studio tools and an API platform. Kuaishou reported in 2026 that Kling AI had grown to more than 60 million creators worldwide, though model access, credits, subscription entitlements and output capabilities vary by plan and release.
Account, billing and product questions can be sent to Kling AI through its published support email. Business or corporate matters relating to Kuaishou should use Kuaishou’s separate corporate contact channels rather than the Kling consumer-support address.
