LATAM Airlines Group was formed through the 2012 combination of Chilean LAN and Brazilian TAM. The group later unified its airlines under the LATAM brand, with the brand transition beginning in 2016.
The group has domestic operations in Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador and Peru, alongside international services within Latin America and to regions including North America, Europe, Oceania, Africa and the Caribbean. Passenger operations are complemented by LATAM Cargo businesses.
Passenger support is organized through LATAM’s Help Center, self-service tools, country-specific Contact Center numbers and case-management system. Changes, refunds and baggage options depend on the ticket, market and booking channel, and agency-issued tickets may need to be handled by the agency that sold them.
