The marketplace works with selected professional refurbishers that test, clean, repair and grade products before listing. The international site says refurbed now operates 24 local marketplaces and offers more than 65,000 products across electronics and other categories.
Support is order- and market-specific. Customers normally start warranty, repair or return requests from the order page using “Get help”, which routes the issue to the seller. Products come with at least a 12-month warranty and a 30-day return period under the current marketplace policy.
