About Swagbucks

Swagbucks launched in 2008 and is a subsidiary brand of Prodege, LLC. Members earn a points currency called SB through activities that can include cash-back shopping, surveys, games, search, promotional offers and other tasks available to their account and country.

Each earning activity has its own conditions. A shopping offer can require tracking and an eligible purchase, a survey can screen out participants who do not match the research sample, and game or app offers can require milestones within a specified period. Pending times, exclusions and payout levels therefore need to be checked before starting an offer.

SB can be redeemed for the reward options shown in the member’s account, commonly including gift cards or PayPal-related cash rewards. Swagbucks itself says earnings depend on the amount and type of activity performed, so it should be viewed as a rewards program rather than a guaranteed-income service.

Support is primarily handled through the Swagbucks Help Center and ticket system. The official site also links directly to Swagbucks accounts on Facebook, X/Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest and YouTube, with Instagram using @swagbucksofficial. Account, tracking or missing-credit cases should still be submitted through support because social teams cannot necessarily inspect transaction records.
