About LOFT

LOFT focuses on women’s clothing designed around everyday, work and occasion dressing, with categories including dresses, tops, pants, denim, knitwear, jackets, shoes and accessories. The assortment changes frequently with seasonal collections and promotions, so a useful brand profile should describe the retailer’s channel and service structure rather than repeat temporary discount language. The main U.S. storefront is loft.com, while LOFT Outlet operates as a related but distinct retail channel.

The brand sits within KnitWell Group, a portfolio of women’s apparel businesses. The current LOFT website identifies Premium Brands Opco LLC in its copyright notice, while KnitWell Group is the parent portfolio identity used for the broader organization and careers. Those two references are not contradictory: one describes the operating/legal entity presented on the consumer website and the other describes the group-level brand family. Older profiles that still place LOFT under a previous corporate owner can therefore be misleading.

LOFT and LOFT Outlet share the brand name but do not always share the same merchandise, promotions or email routes. The LOFT credit-card program is another separate service layer administered with its banking partner. A customer with an order problem should contact retail customer service, while card billing and account servicing should go to the dedicated card provider. Mixing those contacts is one of the easiest ways for a brand directory to send a user to the wrong team.

LOFT’s current customer-service page provides live chat, text and phone support. The U.S. toll-free number is 1-888-563-8444, while international clients are directed to 1-614-534-2756. The same page lists clientservices@LOFT.com for LOFT and a separate clientservices@LOFToutlet.com address for the Outlet business. Shipping, international checkout, returns and loyalty rules should be checked against the current order because policies and third-party fulfillment arrangements can change.

The brand also maintains a public social presence under the LOFT name, used for collections, styling content and marketing. Social media is useful for confirming the public brand identity, but it should not replace the official service channels for payment, return or account issues.
