About NFHS Network

NFHS Network is a digital media service built specifically around U.S. high school sports and school activities. The National Federation of State High School Associations reported that the network officially launched in 2013 as an all-digital joint venture with PlayOn! Sports and participating NFHS member associations. Today the service streams live and on-demand sports as well as graduations, student broadcasts and other school events, and its official company page identifies it as a PlayOn! Sports company alongside GoFan and MaxPreps. That structure should be explained carefully because the NFHS Network is neither the national federation itself nor an individual school or state association.

PlayOn! handles platform operations, while participating schools and associations can produce or contribute events. Coverage therefore varies significantly by school, state, sport, production setup and rights arrangement. A subscription is access to the platform's available programming, not a guarantee that every game or school event will be streamed. Customers should search for the specific school or event before buying and should keep the account email, event details and billing channel available when requesting support. The official subscriber-support site states that the fastest support method is chat through the NFHS Network Help interface and that the company no longer accepts incoming customer-support phone calls.

A webform can also be used for email follow-up. The terms publish customerservice@nfhsnetwork.com for subscription cancellation requests, but the self-service account page is normally the clearest route to manage renewal. Purchase channel matters: subscriptions billed through Apple, Google, Roku or Amazon can be governed by that platform's cancellation and refund procedures, and NFHS Network says it cannot authorize refunds for third-party-billed subscriptions. Direct NFHS Network subscription sales are generally described as final and non-refundable, subject to the company's discretion and applicable law. Customers should therefore confirm who billed the subscription before escalating a charge.

Event availability and stream quality can also depend on the school's production, local internet connection and automated-camera setup; a missing or poor stream does not necessarily mean the subscription account itself is malfunctioning. The network's stable identity is a high-school streaming service launched in 2013 and operated within PlayOn! Sports in partnership with NFHS organizations.
